Thanks
to everyone who attended last month's meeting which extensively covered the
state of Austin's multifamily real estate market. It was well-attended
and extremely informative!
GADA To Discuss Energy Saving Methods At Next Meeting
GADA is slated to
discuss ideas for how building owners can save money during the harsh winter
months. Topics will address window replacement, boiler maintenance, hot
water heating alternative energy sources, and natural gas hedges. Members
in attendance will share their ideas and some owners will share their past
consumption and gas bills to give a better understanding of the effects of
temperature and energy savings endeavors.
